Value the work



This work can be done by those whose hearts are clean from envy.  

At the blessed grave of Hazrat Khalid bin Waleed, may Allah be pleased with him, in the land of Shaam, a curse was made near the grave for those who avoid giving their lives and save their wealth from deen.  

The valuing of this work is to spend life and wealth on the demands of dawah, this is valuing the work. And to avoid the work is ingratitude to the work.  

And whoever is ungrateful for a blessing, Allah takes the blessing away from him. And whoever is grateful for a blessing, Allah increases his blessing.  

When the seerah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and the sahaba is before those who work, the work will grow, the work will improve, and there will be more work.  

Every worker should have concern for akhirah, and while working there should be concern for akhirah, in mashwara and in every work.  

Use people, use their abilities.  

And if a new saathi moves forward, then let him move forward, do not think that he will go ahead of us so we should not let him move forward, this is wrong.  

And this work can be done by those whose hearts are clean from envy.  

When you speak, let it be firm and clear, let the talk be in the light of Quran and hadith.


*Every saathi should become a practical example*  

Do not do the work of a mufti, do not give fatwas.  

Hazratji, may Allah have mercy on him, taught Bukhari for 37 years, but never related any ruling from himself.  

When selfishness and ego enter the work, the reality of the work will leave.  

The work must be saved from formality. Work only to build akhirah.  

Every saathi must become a practical example.  

When hearts are blind, nothing is understood and irreligion comes.  

The heart is formed by iman.  

In the day you must swim in the sea of people, meaning meet people a lot during the day, and at night there should be remembrance of Allah, only you and your Allah. And this is a very big part of the work.  

In this effort, whoever moves with the spirit of learning, Allah will teach him.  

Do not always do tabligh tabligh, it is also necessary to laugh and talk with family, to ask about their condition.  

The first right is of Allah and the Messenger and the Quran, and then of family, neighbors, etc.


*The actions of dawah are the actions of prophethood*  

First it is necessary that we firmly believe with the whole heart that training is in the effort of dawah.  

The actions of dawah are the actions of prophethood. The actions of prophethood are not just enough for guidance, rather they are a guarantee.  

Read the Malfuzat of Maulana Ilyas, may Allah have mercy on him, daily.  

Dawah is to move every deed forward.  

There is only one path to build connection with Allah’s being, and that is the path of dawah.  

Do gasht with this spirit that my connection with Allah’s being should be made. The real purpose is our own self.  

For gasht, free the time of two prayers, to bring excellence in the next prayer.  

Mountains of individual deeds are not equal to a particle of collective deed.  

The actions of dawah should not be done thinking it is the work of tabligh, rather do it understanding it as the greatest path to gain closeness to Allah.


*Do not narrate your own methods, your own experiences*  

In our muzakara we should narrate most the incidents of the movement of the sahaba, and hadith.  

Today everyone talks with his own experience, his own way. Maulana Ilyas, may Allah have mercy on him, Malfuzat, Maulana Yusuf, may Allah have mercy on him, Bayanat, Hayatus Sahaba, bring these books into your study.  

Allah has placed the guidance of mankind till the Day of Judgment in dawah.  

Our whole system should be on the way of the sahaba.  

In our muzakara we should speak most about imaniyat.  

The more you speak of Allah’s greatness, the more your connection with Allah will increase.  

Certainty in Allah will be for those who mention Allah in gatherings.  

Hold circles of imaniyat in masjids. Talking by bringing people into the masjid environment, this is the real meeting.  

The purpose of all our meetings is to gather every believer in the masjid.  

The two and a half hour effort of gasht is to populate masjids with believers.  

Do meet, meet every house and every person, but try to bring them to the masjid.  

Two works: the circle of iman and the circle of taleem.  

First do tashkil of that person to come to the masjid. If he makes an excuse for not coming to the masjid, then take a time from him to come to the masjid next time. Then decide in mashwara which saathi will talk to him.
